New for 2019: SUP Yoga

We know that many people take up paddle boarding to find a sense of freedom and peacefulness that comes from being on the water. A regular yoga practice offers the same benefits. SUP yoga combines the two to offer a beautifully relaxing way to unwind.

This year we are excited to get the 2019 Dragon World Championships off to a super chilled start with a Saturday Morning SUP yoga session. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, go at your own pace, let your fingers trail in the water, breathe big and deep and ease on into the fiery competition.
